Marcus Cooper

Entrepreneur Marcus Cooper founded the Group in 1991. It is his expertise, with over 25 years' experience in the industry, combined with his passion for deals and sophistication in structuring them to achieve maximum value that has made the Marcus Cooper Group what it is today. Our substantial and diverse property portfolio encompasses some of the most prestigious buildings in London, setting us apart as one of the UK's most successful private property companies.

Sanjivi Kotecha

As Financial Controller, Sanjivi Kotecha reports directly to Marcus Cooper. She manages all financial aspects of Business, deals with corporate ownership and company formations in tandem with the Group's tax advisors.

Other responsibilities extend to the management of links with banks; other financial institutions and working closely with the Group's auditors, ensuring adherence to all accounting and statutory requirements.

Alane Fairhall

Alane Fairhall, personal assistant to Marcus, Company Secretary and Office Manager, began working with Marcus Cooper in 1990. She heads the in-house management team responsible for a portfolio of 500 units that encompasses luxury houses and flats as well as HMOs. Responsibilities include rent view calculations, agent liaison and the management of the agents and contractors.

Philip Mizon

With extensive agency and management experience, Philip manages the Group's investment portfolio and undertakes or manages projects in numerous areas including leasehold enfranchisement, valuation, rent review, service charge, landlord and tenant, lease negotiation and the refurbishment and sale of the Groups prime central London assets. In addition, Philip manages IT projects such as the implementation and maintenance of property management and accounting systems for the Group.

Edward Brading

Edward joined the group in 2008 and oversees the group's international London plot sales division in Asia & Middle East. A native-born Londoner, Edward puts his city knowledge to use during the sales and marketing process. Edward is involved in sales and acquisitions for the group, continuously carrying out valuations and seeking new investment opportunities.

Edward is currently undertaking a part-time, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors degree in Estate Management at The University of Reading.

Amy Crosbie

A property manager within the Group's substantial rental portfolio, Amy's responsibilities include negotiating rental offers, managing existing tenancies, managing tenancy renewals and ensuring occupancy levels within the portfolio are kept to a maximum. A university graduate who joined the company in 2010, Amy was soon promoted from Group receptionist and has achieved great success in her current role.

Jade McKean

Jade joined the Group's lettings and management department in 2012. Her duties include the coordination and negotiation of new residential lettings and tenancy renewals together with the management of existing tenancies.

Kirti Amin

Kirti is responsible for the day to day accounting functions of the Groups extensive companies and other entities. This role extends to all accounting functions, preparing accounts to TB, intercompany reconciling, VAT and CIS return filing, cash book management, addressing queries with HMRC and external auditors.
